It comes as no surprise that Top Dog elbowed his way onto the stage. He pushed Benevolent King to the side and shouted “for the last time, you idiots, when will you learn, only I can make Dedeland great again.” Everyone in the audience looked sheepishly at the floor. Only a thin voice asked “Isn’t Dedeland in trouble because of the likes of you?”
Alley Cat had a wonderful idea this morning. “I know from experience, pets are very helpful when you suffer from depression” she said and set out to catch the Artist’s new wooden cat. “This one is so cute, it will keep Foxy Lady entertained for a while!”
The kitten ran for it’s life and escaped by a whisker “I need to see the artist,” the little thing called on her way out, “I am not fully developed yet.”
There was a bit outcry amongst the Instagram readers. One concerned reader from Turkey commented, “Well, a cat is something, a kitten is something totally different! Maybe Foxy Lady indeed needs more of an empathic-sensitive-deep-looking cat, rather than a frisky-playful kitten.” Very good point, indeed. And then another reader pointed out “Foxes would eat the kitten, that why she ran. She didn’t intend to be Foxy Lady’s lunch. What? Was Alley Cat trying to get rid of the little kitten. Jealous maybe?” This has to be investigated!
“Hang on,” said Monkey, who had just arrived at the scene. ” Did you say, you disappeared? We thought you had been taken hostage!”
“That was the idea” admitted Foxy Lady. “I wanted to frame Top Dog and hoped he would be put away. He has done so much damage to the Dedeworld”
“You are crazy!” Monkey shook his head in disbelieve. “Do you know what you did to us? We thought you were dead!”
“Sometimes I think it would be better if I was,” replied Foxy Lady despondently.
“Don’t say such things” Benevolent King cut in on the conversation. “I really believe you would benefit from professional help!”
Foxy Lady hung her head and mumbled “you can’t reason with Top Dog.”
“We all know that,” said Benevolent King, “he just makes up stories as he pleases. It is easiest just to ignore.”
“I couldn’t do it any longer. With his verbal diarrhoea he pushed me until I had to push back” she confessed now. “It was the final straw and I am not proud of it. Hence my disappearance.”
Top Dog took Norman T Newbie aside and whispered with great statisfaction: “Brilliant, everyone believes that we are truly concerned about Foxy Lady.” He rubbed his hands and added “but I can tell you, if she ever shows up again, I will make sure she goes straight to prison!”
“If she ever shows up again,” repeated Norman T Newbie with a sly smile.
Foxy Lady hasn’t been sighted since last Friday. Today Benevolent King decided to call on all available Dedes for a search party. All the ones that are not packed away showed up, including Norman T Newbie and Top Dog. Benevolent King shook their hand and thought it was nice to see that they ultimately do care for the Dede community and want to be part of it.
Benevolent King came to Foxy Lady’s aid. “Leave her alone” he said and pushed Devil away, “she has done more than any other Dede to rid us of Top Dog.”
Actually, King standing right next to Foxy Lady when she tried to push the narcissist of the shelf. In fact, he was the one who slammed the door, so Top Dog wouldn’t fall to his death. However, at the same time he protected Foxy Lady from becoming a murderer. Was it a good deed? Only history will tell.
“I am very disappointed in you,” said Devil, who somehow managed to make his way back onto the scene. Like most of the Dedes he had been packed away.
“But why?” asked Foxy Lady and pulled the picture of the dashing fox closer to her heart.
“I would have expected a girl of your intelligence to stand up and fight for her believes! Not run away and follow a mirage into some romantic dreamland.”
Oh dear, it is nearly a month since the dedes reported last. The reason? They were tidying up. If you have seen the studio before, you know this was a major.
Magician was happy with the result, but Esta Blished, who suffers from Alzheimers feels a bit disoriented in the empty space. Even worse. most of the Dedes got tidied up as well and are packed away for the time being. Only a few of them are still in the cupboard. Nobody really know what the artist was thinking, leaving Top Dog in the cupboard. After a weekend in the confined space, being forced to listen to the narcissistic Top Dog, Foxy Lady lost it and tried to push him off the shelf. Fortunately someone realised what she was up to and slammed the door shut just in time. Instead of falling off the shelf, Top Dog only bumped his head on the door and had to go to hospital with suspected concussion and a broken hand.
He came back this morning and the first thing he did was taking his bodyguard Norman T Newbie to the side and instructing him to go and to find the culprit and deal with it. I wonder what that means.
Today Lou, the puppy, and Skeleton Edeltraut braved the camera for the “Embrace Diversity” project. While their story is sort of a love story, they are nothing like Romeo and Juliet. It is really sad!
Lou, the puppy is eternally in love with Skeleton Edeltraut. Hands up who would blame him. Edeltraut, the fragile skeleton on the other hand is terribly scared. She believes he simply desires her lovely bones. Hands up who would blame her. Unfortunately Lou seeks her out and follows her everywhere if he has the chance. As soon as she opens the closet door he is there. This impacts on her livelihood tremendously. She is pretty much confined to the closet and hardly ventures out these days. This is certainly not what life is all about and the other Dedes are at a total loss about what to do. Help!
