Finally I got round to attend to my Dedes and I made good progress on the sequel to “Life of an Artist”. I can tell you as much: Skeleton felt sorry for poor L’Artiste who was still stitting in the corner crying. She brought him his tunic back and convinced him to have another go. For the rest of the story you have to wait… I hope I will have the film finished by tomorrow.
Go! L’Artiste. We’re all agog for the next installment. Tony
So where you happy with L’Artiste’s development. He is a bit of a funny one, you never know how he reacts!
Ah, L’Artiste is a minimalist in whom personal expression is kept to a minimum, thus attributing to the work a completely literal presence. His work is characterized by extreme simplicity of form and a deliberate lack of expressive content. The medium and materials of the work are in fact its reality it refers to nothing other than itself and “What you see is what you see” (Frank Stella). Why can nobody understand this? He is an artist with a soul. I weep for his audience. Tony.
I am currently working on a press release for puppet month…. You don’t want to write it for me? You explained L’artiste perfectly!
